Vendor Application Agreement:

Upon submitting this vendor application/agreement form, I hereby agree that I have read and understood the term laid out in this Vendor Application Form. I certify that I have the legal right to bind the above mentioned company into this agreement. Furthermore I agree to be legally bound by this online agreement and understand that submissions are tracked by the submitter's IP address to verify their origin. *

Vendor Cancellation Policy: 

Due to the success of our upcoming event Vendor and Sponsorship fees are non-refundable; please make note of this before you commit to the event. If you cannot attend the event and find a replacement vendor, that is NOT a duplicate of one that we currently have, special accommodation will not be honored. 

All ticket sales are final unless S.H.E. Trucking Expo is canceled. If the show is cancelled each attendee, vendor or sponsor will have the option of receiving a refund, deferring fees paid to the next year's Expo, or applying for the event fees in 2022. Each vendor must indicate their choice within thirty days of being notified of the cancellation by answering the questionnaire sent with the cancellation notice and returning such a questionnaire to us. If a registrant does not make a timely election, the registrant will be entered in the expo and the S.H.E. Trucking Expo fees will be transferred to the expo entry fee. In addition, we will not be responsible for any costs relating to changed or canceled travel plans or other related arrangements a vendor may incur due to any such cancellation.

Vendors space is not guaranteed until payment is received (see payment information in Vendor Section).

 

Once you've submitted this form, we will contact you to finalize your application and confirm your participation in the expo. Once your participation is confirmed, we will follow up with logistical information regarding load-in, set-up, strike, etc.

Expo Exhibitors and Attendees Disclaimer:

The undersigned Exhibitor agrees that if this Application and Contract is accepted by S.H.E. Trucking, LLC (The “Register”), Exhibitor shall exhibit and/or sell the “Products” or “Services” described above for all hours of S.H.E. Trucking Expo and will abide by the contract terms set forth in this Agreement and all other S.H.E. Trucking Expo rules and regulations that The Register may set. The undersigned, as authorized representative of Exhibitor, warrants and represents that he/she has read and understands this Agreement, including the “Standard Provisions” which are stated below and incorporated here by this reference, and agrees to be bound by them. Exhibitor further understands and agrees that The Register may accept or reject this Application in its sole discretion and that this Agreement shall not be enforceable against The Register until this Application has been accepted and executed by The Register at its Chattanooga, Tennessee office.

 

S.H.E. Trucking Expo is doing everything we can to protect our exhibitors, vendors, staff, and volunteers. To this end, we will be following the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and local health department guidelines with regard to social distancing practices in order to reduce the spread of Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19. This will require our exhibitors, vendors, staff, and volunteers to maintain six (6) feet of distance between ourselves and you, as much as possible. We will also be requiring this same procedure for attendee-to-attendee contact in order to limit the exposure to all individuals. We will require all individuals (exhibitors, vendors, staff, volunteers, and attendees) to utilize either surgical masks or improvised masks such as scarves, bandanas, and handkerchiefs to reduce the risk of exposure to yourself and others. It is also required of everyone to either wash or sanitizes their hands after using the restroom, sneezing, coughing, and before eating.

Our event is inside the Convention Center. The event will take place regardless of weather conditions, and no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
